4.6 You may return any ordered item for a full refund within 60 days of delivery providing that it is in perfect resaleable condition. Personalised goods are non-returnable and non-refundable as they are classed as bespoke garments. If you are a Consumer (i.e. private individual), your refund will include the full value of the items returned including the cost of Standard Delivery (please note if you paid for a more expensive delivery option, you will only be refunded the cost of Standard Delivery. Please note, that Standard Delivery will not be refunded for part-returned orders. If you are Business, your refund will include the full value of the items returned minus the cost of carriage from us to you . You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and organising their return by suitable carrier or postal service. By ‘resaleable condition’ we mean the product has to be unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached (where provided) and unmarked (i.e. no make-up marks, deodorant marks, animal hair, etc). It is perfectly acceptable for you to try on the garments/products. Garments/products that are worn, washed, marked or personalised in any way will not be accepted as returns.
4.7 Please check the garments you are considering returning to us carefully for compliance with clause 4.6 above. If returned garments do not meet the requirements of clause 4.6, no refund will be given and additional payment will be required from you to us for postage and packing if you wish us to return the garments to you at the original address the garments were sent.
4.8 Should any item be delivered to you in an unsatisfactory condition or should there be any shortages, please notify us within 14 days of delivery and we will rectify the situation. Returns to be sent to: A W Bent, Union Mill, Stratton, Bude, Cornwall, EX23 9AL.
4.9 In the event of non-delivery or delayed delivery by our delivery partners: We will explore what issues have been encountered and seek to resolve. If delay is due to inclement weather, etc. and our delivery partners confirm they are still in possession of your delivery and intend to attempt delivery, we will allow 14 days from date of dispatch prior to commencing our refund or replacement process.
4.10 Subject to the above clauses, if you are due a refund, we will aim to process your refund within 14 working days of receipt of returned goods. Please note returns will only be accepted from the person who purchased the item(s). If eligible for a refund, payment will only be made to the same account that the original order was taken from.
4.11 Unless explicitly agreed in writing by AWB Textiles, orders under £75 net will incur a carriage charge.
4.12 Should your order include Free Items as part of a wider order, if these Free Items are faulty or supplied in error, our standard returns policy applies to these Free Items as per clause 4.6 onwards. If we are unable to provide replacement Free Item(s), we shall seek to source a replacement of similar quality at AWB’s sole discretion.
4.13 Please note Free Items cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative. Free items need to be selected prior to check-out as part of a qualifying order. Free Items cannot be retrospectively claimed after check-out.
4.14 Should your order include Free Items as part of a wider order and you wish to return some or all of the Paid For Items for a refund; at AWB’s sole discretion, we may choose not to process your refund until the pro-rate number of Free Items are returned with the Paid For Items.
4.15 Any Non-Stock Item or special products ordered are non-returnable unless the product is faulty.
